What kind of configurations on my duties are available?
In onDuty onLine, you are able to configure duties in a variety of ways:
Time Cards Toggle if the duty requires a time card submitted with each shift
Shift Deletion. Set who and when shifts are still able to be deleted. You can stop deletions by staff by a certain date during the preceding month (so you have time to fill in the remaining shifts), or you can prevent deletions before a certain number of days before the shift. You can allow members of certain groups to delete at any time, or open up a duty to have deletions occur at any time.
Shift Signup. Control if a duty is able to be signed up only by the staff member, or if certain duties are allowed to be managed by members of one group. (for instance, ALS Paramedics might manage their own shift exchanges in person, and need the ability to adjust the calendar to reflect the changes.)
Minimum & Maximum. Control when an alert will display when a shift falls below a certain number of personnel. If a minimum is set, then days where the staffing falls below that number will be flagged. For some shifts, there is a maximum limit to the number of personnel who can perform the shift.
Qualifications. Determine which qualifications members of the roster must have in order to sign up for each duty.

What kind of configurations to my roster are available?
Your list of staff includes several pieces of information about each member that onDuty uses to handle that member properly. Below are a few of the configurations you have to help track your staff.
Duty Qualifications
Each member of your staff will have Qualifications which control what Duties they are able to perform. You may have some qualifications that are standard among all members of your organization, and you may have some staff that can perform more specialized duties. You are able to define your own qualifications and assign them to duties and each staff member.
Duty Requirements
Some of your staff may be required to perform a certain number of duties each month or over the course of a year. onDuty helps you track which staff members are on schedule to perform their required number of shifts, and which members are not signed up for enough shifts. onDuty will help ensure staff members sign up for their required number of shifts, and administrators can verify everyone is on track.
Email Notifications
Your staff is able to submit the email address they prefer to receive onDuty notifications and alerts.
