Post Implementation: After your organization goes live with the onDuty shift calendar, you can expect a follow up call from your support engineer to ensure you are using your duty roster to its potential. We will allow some time to go by before contacting you, while your staff gets familiar with your shift calendar, however you are able to send us email questions in the meantime. Our support engineer will review your settings and discuss with you how onDuty can assist you with the rest of your scheduling tasks and duties.
